The following disclaimer is required by the Gallup Organization of Princeton, New Jersey.
It is agreed that the results of certain question items in this study may be released that such release will not cause the entire study to be deemed a public release. The question items for which data may be released are the "overall patient satisfaction" items found in each of the patient satisfaction tracks. These items have inherent reliability since they utilize standard question formats and measure criteria in a manner generally accepted in the survey research industry. Client may not use the results of this study to publicly compare its results with data gathered from other organizations nor may results be publicly compared with data about other companies and entities. Furthermore, the following statement must be part of any release:
The Gallup Organization of Princeton, New Jersey, has conducted research and data collection processes leading to the information presented in this document. The data referenced was collected from 200 respondents interviewed from April 2005 to June 2006. The expected error range is +/- 6.8%. The response variables available were "very satisfied", "satisfied", "somewhat satisfied", "somewhat dissatisfied", and "very dissatisfied". The data presented and any conclusion reached using these data is the resopnsibility of AHS. Gallup's responsibility is to present the data in a fair and consistent manner and, in some cases, to express opinions concerning the data.
Gallup has conducted the research in accordance with generally accepted research standards and the explicit standards set forth by Gallup. Comparisons of the current data with previous data collected for the same company/organization may have been made. References to "comparative information" or "normative information" are not deemed appropriate; any such comparative judgments are for management use only.
In our opinion, this report accurately presents the data collected as a result of this project.
