Please read closely, as we've recently made changes to the way patients access their medical records.
For Patients Regarding Appointments Prior to 8/9/16
To access any records created during appointments prior to 8/9/16, please use our old patient portal.
Please note access to NextGen will only be available through September 9th, 2016.
If you feel you need historical health information from the NextMD portal, you should download and save it as the information will not be available after September 9.
After September 9th, you’ll need to reach out to your physician’s office to get access to any medical records from appointments prior to 9/9/16.
