Gordon Hospital, a member of Adventist Health System, is pleased to announce that Jeana Handley, FNP-C, is joining Northwest Georgia Surgical Care.

will be joining Craig Box, MD; Briton Jordan, MD; and Will Theus, MD; at Northwest Georgia Surgical Care, which provides patients with access to advanced surgical services without having to travel outside the community to metropolitan areas. Providers focus on assessing the needs of each patient, providing them with a surgical treatment plan to improve their quality of life, and to treat every patient with compassion and consideration. Northwest Georgia Surgical Care is pleased to have Handley join the clinics team of healthcare professionals.

has been a practicing nurse for nearly 20 years and has been a family nurse practitioner since 2015. She most recently practiced as a nurse practitioner for the Respiratory Consultants of Georgia where she worked in sleep medicine and the management of pulmonary diseases. Handley earned her undergraduate degree at the University of West Georgia and completed her Master of Science in Nursing at the Southern Adventist University. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, American College of Chest Physicians, and Sigma Theta Tau International.
