Clinic Patient Portal Access Changes
Please read closely, as we've recently made changes to the way patients access their medical records.
For Patients Regarding Appointments Prior to 8/9/16
To access any records created during appointments prior to 8/9/16, please use our old patient portal.
- Please note access to NextGen will only be available through September 9th, 2016.
- If you feel you need historical health information from the NextMD portal, you should download and save it as the information will not be available after September 9.
- After September 9th, you’ll need to reach out to your physician’s office to get access to any medical records from appointments prior to 9/9/16.
