Men don’t often pay enough attention to their health, and one in nine men will get prostate cancer. It is a very real threat, but it’s important to know that if caught early, it can be cured.
Doctors recommend that men between the ages 55 - 75 should be screened annually. African American men and those with a family history of prostate cancer should begin their annual screenings at age 40.
Gordon Hospital and Gordon Urology are hosting free prostate cancer screenings. Space is limited, and registration is required.
